CTK
We are a new team in the adult league.
History
The club started as a group of kids aged 8 to 11 a few years ago. The 10 and 11 year old are now 14 and 15 and so have progressed to the adult league in Division 6.
Many of the girls were in Nursery and Primary school together. (CTK = Christ the King Primary School).
Junior Only
We have lots of little ones playing in the junior league. We are a Cardiff based club and have no senior section.
Coach
Our coach for the team is Chris Weaver. Chris is getting married in December and the girls are providing the music for the service, playing a match in the afternoon against Chris's old club and then partying in the evening!
Club colours
Raspberry pink/navy.

CTK is a grassroots club formed 4 years ago with junior school players. Hence the name ‘Christ the King’
We train indoors during the months of September through April and then during the Summer we have some sessions outside at UWIC and mix up the age groups which is great fun.
We now have several teams in the junior league with our older girls more recently participating in the senior league. Next year we are hoping for a second team in this league . We too are a friendly club where all are welcome. Anyone who wishes to play competitive netball can do so regardless of ability. Anyone who wishes just to train for fun or fitness can do so too. In common with our fellow junior clubs our ethos is to have fun and to grow and develop in the physical and social aspects of sport.
