Q: What does an individual need to get started? A: The great thing about netball is that you don't really need much equipment to get going. A good pair of trainers and a ball is enough to get started and get to grips with the basics. You don't even need a partner, a wall makes a great pass practice partner and it never gets tired (or complains). BUT if you want to improve your skills you will need to find a team. Once you find a team you will have the chance to practice your skills on the court and get a feel for the position that best suits you. |
